Our independent and unbiased roof inspections are perfect for receiving advice on the current state of your roof, for insurance or mortgage purposes, a general checkup or leak detection.

We carry out a thorough, non-destructive, inspection to determine the health and condition of the roof. Our roofing inspections are carried out to a set of procedures depending on the existing design and existing type of coverings. Using our skills and experience we look for any defects which are a potential cause for water ingress.

Roof drone inspections are a cost-effective and risk free method of viewing roofs that are otherwise difficult or dangerous to access.

Our drone surveys will provide high definition photographs and 4K videos of the roof(s), including clear close ups of any defects. All of our drone pilots are CAA licensed with A2 CofC certification, and we hold EC785/2004 compliant drone insurance.

We provide two types of service with our drone inspections; we can either simply take the photographs and videos for our client, or we can provide an accompanying NFRC approved drone roof survey report along with the drone footage.
