Flat Roof Condition Surveys

We undertake independent roof condition surveys on bituminous membranes, liquid applied membranes, single ply membranes, hot melt and mastic asphalt. We will carry out a full roof survey and produce a report containing the following information:
  • The existing roof build up
  • Core sample results
  • Electronic integrity testing report (if compatible)
  • Details of all issues with supporting photographs
  • Our recommendations
  • Budget costs (if requested)
If the roof is inaccessible, we can carry out a visual inspection via a drone survey instead.
